Leveling as holy, where to start?

Hi all!
I need some help. I got a 70 ret paladin with ok gear, but I wanna try something new and lvl as holy.
Can I get som help from you more experienced guys.
Was thinking of this build because then I get alot of crit..

I dont know what rotation to use, can anyone give me a hint?
Is it ok to get cloth gear with spellpower even for leveling? I was thinking that I can get enough +sp then I can kill the mobs fast enough so they wont hurt me so bad.
Any other suggestions is welcome =)
I googled this and checked forums but couldnt find what I was looking for and thats why I post this. Sry if there are already threads like this one.

Leveling as Holy is a poor choice, because mana runs out and there aren't many Holy attacks. At least at level 71 Divine Plea gives a lot of mana and at level 75 you get another attack (Shield one).
If you want to level as Holy, you want to at least wear Mail because armor is important.

Mana? I never run out of it unless i go

out. I can fight a bunch of mobs, use concecration with seal of wisdom and judgement of wisdom and leave with full mana and health.
Were really hard to kill and can take on most group quests (I soloed

as holy with ease. Might not be the hardest quest but when loads of people were trying to get groups for it, i was just there on my own.

I respecced back and forth between Ret and Holy while levelling.
If you want to heal, go Holy.
If you want to kill things very very quickly, go Ret.
