That's actually one of the quickest ways to kill a target, other then
Rake, Mangle, Mangle, Tiger's Fury, Rip
Change Target
Charge, Ravage, Rake, Mangle, Ferocious Bite
Change Target
Dash, Rake, Mangle, Tiger's Fury, Mangle, Ferocious Bite
That's the quickest low lvl combo I know.

What you will be able to do with these talents on a single mob is thus (in order of use):
Pounce
Ravage - which is free and usable out of stealth thanks to the above talents
Mangle
Mangle
Ferobite
That I suppose would be the "quickest" you could kill a single mob but you'll obviously have a 30s cooldown on cat charge so its a 1 trick pony most of the time. Make sure you have the Mangle glyph which I assume you do.

You forgot to start off with charge yuna :p No free Ravage out of stealth without it!
To add something myself: if charge is off cd, just run in stealthless, hit is with Faerie Fire so the mob comes running to you (= less distance you have to run) and mangle away!

If you have heirlooms or any type of decent gear. prowling will just slow you down. FFF, Rake, Manglex2, FB should be dead mob.
