I would move to god loot instead of dkp, when you look at running 3 10 man groups and 1 25 man group. Also hybrids having to collect 2-3 sets of gear (Yes as a ret pally in naxx i use my tanking set (gluth) and my healing set (4 horsemen)) a dkp system is very unfair to them.
