Lorena is the Colonel of Theramore Isle, she is one of the main characters in Cycle of Hatred.
She is very tall and has short hair.

ah i see, i never read that book.
i geuss that makes answering your question easier.
i searched in
http://mop.wowhead.com/
with both lorena and colonel lorena. but nothing showed up.
so my geuss is she wasnt added in the game.
