Lost my quests, halp!

Yes, I am a dumbass. I accidentally deleted my panda quests, and now I can't find any quests to pick up where I left off.
I have been using WoWWiki to try and trace my steps, but I still cannot find any quests to pick up. I have a very small amount of area uncovered in The Jade Forest, mainly the south shore, and it looks like I explored up to the Serpent's Heart.
Any help offered would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you need to be in Pearlfin Village. You "explore" Serpents Heart during the SI:7 quests there. (This assumes you are Alliance, which starting in the south seems to indicate.)
