1997 is pretty low.. I usally go around 1.7-1.8k and Im not even 80 yet..
And I rly dont like your specc that much.

that is the specc Im going to use at 80.. It seems to be one of the highest DW speccs since the points in Blood is next to useless coz 5% more crit isnt rly needed and blade armor wont give more dmg to HB over Thundra Stalker and GoG.. And I cant see how you didnt picked up Merciless Combat coz its a rly nice talent since it rly adds extra dmg on boss fights in heroics/raids.
My tip is to try that specc and se how it dose for you :) And in the next patch that will be a rly nice AE Dmg specc coz CE will cost Runic Power insteed of a Unholy rune :)
And try to be in Blood Precense coz unholy is @#$% since 15% dmg will preform better then 15% haste ;P

Your problems are OBVIOUS here, I can't belive that the previous poster didn't tell you this...
First of all: A DK's main stat is STRENGTH. Not agility. You have stacked insane amounts of agi, but left str pretty much completely untouched. You need to get reputation gear with tons of str ASAP.
Secondly, if you aren't doing pvp or grinding mobs that you can kill with 1 rotation, you should be using blood presence.
And, well, your talent build is a wreck. You have a bleak and empty void in your rotations because you don't have Frost Strike/Heart Strike/Scourge Strike. Check out the DW build in the stickied build theard.

Yes, ask for aid and then discard it, you left unnoticed the fact that you have no STR.
Get str, fix dps. This is just faceplamworthy.
