Combat Swords is way better than Combat Daggers right now. Especially in solo. The positional needs for Combat Daggers is to great to be able to use in a solo situation.
Remx's guide is a great one (although incomplete atm), but look up his spec for PvE Combat Swords. You'll find yourself putting out way more damage. Just remember, if you go this direction, use a slow MH (2.5 or slower) and a fast OH (1.6 or faster).
