Go see the reforger to move your stats around. It is really pretty intuitive, but the reforger has been flakey since 5.2.
Your weapon should be enchanted with Rune of the Fallen Crusader, and if you like you can put a chain on your offhand.
Rotations at 80, when your 87 add in soul reaper when the target is below 35% HP.
Dual Wield
1.Frost Fever Blood Plague Maintain at all times.
2.Frost Strike
Soul Reaper
3.Howling Blast
4.Obliterate
2H:
1.Frost Fever Blood Plague Maintain at all times.
Soul Reaper
2.Howling Blast with Rime or to refresh Frost Fever

Don't put a chain on your OH weapon. If you're really that worried about disarms, theres a runeforge for it, but Razorice is better for the stacking dot/frost vulnerability.
Also, 2h values Oblit over everything but Soul Reaper, due to MotFW increasing oblits damage
Edit: also, DW values mastery over all secondary stats; commonly referred to the 'masterfrost' build, for FS and HB damage

So I'm a level 80 frost dk and because of this patch for some reason i was hitting 10-13k now im only hitting 4k :( and my health got bumped up in bgs but not out of it so there is no point having 50k health and only being able to do 4k.
Does anyone know of some good gear and weapons should use and maybe some macros of rotations im really underpowered and it irritates me having been so happy to finally ding 80 and then this happens
The best thing you can do to "fix" things is level. The pre 85 dungeons are a complete mess. Don't worry about your dps etc. just get to level 85 and get to MoP then get yourself to level 90 and then start "fixing" your gear, stats etc.
