Yeah but having a "mashing macro" is more effective than pressing them individualy. Might not be evident, but it require less reaction time between your brain and your hand to mash over and over the same key and having to choose which one to press. You might save 0.01 seconds, but thats enough to choose between living or dieing.

If in combat and in cat/humanoid, Shadowmelds. If not in combat and in humanoid, shifts to cat, then prowls. Otherwise prowls.
