why not just use the pet bar? you can rebind the key f it's keybinding you're after.
as for devour i use:
/cast Devour Magic
to take a debuff off myself. he's pretty good at eating buffs off your target when on defensive but if you want the cooldown to be ready for cleansing yourself you might want to take it off autocast.
