/cast Aquatic Form
/cast Travel Form
How about adding a /cancelform?
Uhm, if I put a /cancelform at the top it just shifts me into form every time and if I put it at the bottom it will take me out of forms as soon as I get in...

Prior to 2.3, this would have been very easy to do, but now I would suggest using a modifier to manually decide on the appropriate action. For example, while holding a modifier(s) (alt/ctrl/shift), it might cancelaura, but if no modifier is held, it will shift forms as in the original macro.
