I have tried setting up a few macros.

/cast cheap shot
/cast slice and dice

works well, however, I put in the trinket in the middle

/cast cheap shot
/use bladefist's breadth
/cast slice and dice

and I keep getting not enough combo points? I even put in "/stop casting" in the middle and "/use bladefist's breadt" at the end, yet it still wont work.

That's weird. I use this macro:

#show Hemo; Stealth
/cast stealth
/cast hemo
/cast Blood fury <- Orc free trinket :D
/startattack

Works fine for me.

Type /cast instead of /use.
