While I don't see a point for that as you get a different actionbar switching in and out (maybe useful for mouseovers)
I can imagine it'd be something like:
/cast Backstab; Ambush
Don't blame me if it's wrong though.

I find this one useful for pickpocketing quickly with your first attack:
/cast Pick Pocket
/cast Cheap Shot
