spell rotation would be arcane barrage, fireblast, AB and arcane missles when missle barrage procs.
There is always the standby frost arcane build too, such as:

I recommend going arcane fire and casting lots of PoM/AP/pyros when it is up for grinding BGs. If you are doing arenas then go frost/arcane.
