Now take Frost Nova, Freeze, Shattered Barrier, Deep Freeze, Fingers of Frost and Frostbite. Those Freeze your target.

Do deep freeze count as if the target is frozen ? I mean it only says the target is stunned, not frozen ?

so 20/0/51 is the best frost specc you can go right now ?

btw. what buff's should I have up in Arena for example and can u guys write a short list of the basic most needed addons for a mage in arena ? =)
I know im asking for alot of things hehe sory

Arcane is only good if you can't play a spec that requires skill, or if you want to win duels.

Frost and fire are both better for 2 vs. 2 or more, since they have MUCH better AoE and crowd-control than arcane.

I really enjoyed PvPing with this fire spec, and it worked very well for me: the only class that gave me trouble was rogues. However, if you want to go for a more anti-rogue and survival spec, try frost. At the moment I'm using that frost build, and I love it.

If you're not very experienced as a mage in PvP, any arcane spec with Arcane Barrage is easymode in PvP. Just run around in circles spamming instants and slow. ;)

Edit: that frost spec isn't for maximised damage, it's more for utility, as it's a PvP spec.

The top 2s team in the Ruin BG is a mage/rogue team.

That is a pretty good recommendation for frost for PvP.
