Mages' spell miss more often in MoP?

When I was leveling my arcane mage, I found that his spells miss quite often. Can anyone tell me why?
However, prior to patch 5.0.4, my another (fire) mage's spell did not miss often. I don't think it is about their spec.

Lol, it's not mages. Every classes values of stats decrease as you gain levels and keep the same values. You obviously need to get better gear with higher stats as your level increases to equal the same % of hit, haste, crit or by level 90 with the increased stat values on gear we'd end up with like 30% hit for example. You'll need to keep reforging gear to hit as you gain higher levels. By 90 all your gear will have hit on it to reach the raiding hit cap.

No wonder! My mage had trouble hitting with spells before level 10 as he only has common equipment!
