What the 2 glyphs do:
Blood: increases amount received by 10%, that means spiritual attunement gives you 11%
Spi.Att: increases amount received by additional 2%, that means Spi.Att. gives you 12%
total combined should be multiplicative according to wording, so 13.2% total healed = mana with both glyphs.
