Is there a general consensus on what are the optimal major glyphs for enhancement shamans ?

I heard that there was a bug in the Earth Shock glyph, is that true ?

Yeah, it currently lowers GCD on ES by .5 seconds instead of to .5 seconds.
I don't know if that's WAI with a bad tooltip or if it's actually broken, though.
IF it is working as intended with a bad tooltip, remove it from the options.
