Logan glanced about the room. "I would suggest Jonas' head, but I doubt he would approve." He replied to Amber, reaching up as a brick floated by the air in front of him. Grabbing it, he offered it to the woman.

"Thanks," Amber replied, taking the brick with a brief snort of amusement towards his first comment. She wedged the brick up against the door, making sure that the entryway wouldn't budge, before heading on in after the main group of others.
She then glanced at the stranger on the ground next to Jonas, "Where'd he come from?"

Amber tilted her head back and looked up at the show of lights and sounds. The young woman massaged her forehead with her palm for a moment, shaking her head and looking away. She instead directed her gaze about the room, to all the intricate weapons of various designs (some of which she speculated wouldn't, or shouldn't, work as proper armaments if used in combat.)
A display in the middle of the room caught her gaze, a misshapen pillar set up in the center of a starburst pattern of marble tile and colored glass that made up the floor. The warped column reached her chest, with an ornate blade hilt sticking out of it.
"Hey, look, it's a sword in the stone," she remarked with a bit of a forced giggle. "Should have expected something ridiculous like this."

Mike shook his head, getting to his feet and looking around. So many strangers. He threw an awkward wave at the room, not quite ready to address anyone in particular.
He turned when a purple glowing sphere passed into the room and starting loudly thrumming.
"What even the #%$@..." he mumbled.

Snowmane's hackles rose slightly when she heard Zero's comment, but she kept up a smooth smile and said nothing in response. "I will go submit the proper paperwork, just let me know if anyone needs some help..." she said as she returned to her desk.

Jonas opened his eyes when the light was gone. He looked down at himself. "What? No magic armour? Superpowers?" He patted himself. "Lame." He looked at Zeke. "Not even an animal side kick. This room sucks. I now hate it."

The young woman was forced to divert attention away from the curious sword in the stone when the rave party on the ceiling had increased in frequency and brightness. She shielded her eyes as the light became blinding, then stumbled back against the pillar when it dimmed at the abrupt arrival of the sizable feline, "W-w-wah!" she exclaimed.

Richard opened his eyes when the lights started to fade. "What the hell was that?" He looked around.
"Cat!" Ember barked suddenly at attention. "You're a friend and you're a cat!" He barked now running around the cat and Zeke. "Cat! Cat! Cat! Cat!"
