Manually patching WoW help please

I can't install WoW through the launcher because it take about 12 hours due to me being behind a "firewall" which I'm not and I have turned my firewall of on my mac and my router firewall but no luck... So yesterday I downloaded this 3.3.x to 4.0.0 patch for mac of the WoW wiki patch page and I don't know how to update it, I have these 4 files:
WoW-x.x.x.x-4.0.0.12911-Updater
Installer Tome.MPQ
WoW-3.3.0.10958-4.0.0.12911-EU-Stage-1
WoW-3.3.0.10958-4.0.0.12911-EU-Stage-2
WoW-3.3.0.10958-4.0.0.12911-EU-Stage-3
If you could help me to install it that would be much appreciated (My current patch is 3.3.3a) tyvm
