Master tailoring

So I have expert tailoring on my lock, and I just got it to lvl 35 last night. Well, artisan tailoring requires lvl 35. So I can get tailoring to lvl 300 before getting master tailoring.
Now, what lvl do I need before I can get master? Or is there even a requirement? I know I must go to thrallmar because I have a undead lock, I am sure I can get another lock to summon me to thrallmar, it is just the question of what lvl requirement is needed.
