Max benefits from all professions?

There is a lot of "enchants" for the owner in almost every profession like Inscription(
Master's Inscription of the Axe
), Leatherworking(
Fur Lining: Stamina
) etc..
What i thought is:
Can I really take the all benefits from this to my character?
For instance:
I'll take Inscription+Leatherworking ---> Level it till the actual "benefit" --> Then enchant my shoulders and bracers..
After that I'll delete those professions and take engineering+alchemy and will get benefits from them...
Where is the problem? Is this possible(i mean when i "unlearn" the profession, those enchants are will be disenchanted as well...)? Am I only who discovered that "stacking" benefits?
Thanks for the answers..
P.S. and yeah, sorry for bad grammar :P

This applies to all professions as far as I know. If you ever inspect ppl who have items buffed by those professions it will always read "enchantment requires XXX lw/ench/bs/etc".
