19 twinks are stupid and very dubious, if you want an awsome twink tier go to at least 39. Rogue 39 twinks are %^&*in pimp. 19 give you no talent freedom and are too easy. At 39 there are more possibilities for more fun. Gearing is extremely easy and enchants are awsome ad you can fully twink it for 3k gold. ther are multiple builds and gearing for 39. so be a man and level to 39 its worth it and you get mounts.

shut up the same argument can be made about leveling to 80

people have their reasons to twink in a bracket of their choosing

Dont bother with scope here, you wont use it to deal dmg anyway.
