There is an old mod, Mazzle, which replaced the normal target/focus nameplates with 3d models on pedestals. Since Mazzle no longer works are there any other mods which do this that are WotLK compatible?

There's workarounds galore on WoWI to get MazzleUI to work for 3.0 (none of which I recommend as it's a huge pain in the ass for something that just breaks every patch).
The 3D models are custom code I believe. Someone ripped the code and released a plugin that did the same thing, but I'm not listing it for obvious reasons.
