Recruit-a-friend bonus levels?
Other than that, no. Get help or get to grinding.

Get some white items with no level requirements (or even better, heirloom items), put the best Classic enchants you can on them and you'll power through those early levels.
Put the Minor Speed enchant on your boots, it helps more than you'd think until you get your mount.

Go Shaman instead. If you spec Enhance you'll blow through levels and later on you're a versitile person for your guild to provide DPS/Caster/Healer of your choice. Plus you get spirit wolf at 20 that provides 40 speed increase to hasten leveling.

You could always instance level, but with the releases of Wrath it seems like people are skipping low level instances, and rushing towards the finish line.
If you are wanting to heal for your guild then you could always level DPS and buy some cheap greens on the AH for your healing set whilst leveling. Quest rewards would supply you with your DPS gear. This is probably only viable if you have a higher toon supplying money.
If you're talking about being lvl 80 and healing, then spec DPS through the early stages and change later on.
