Hello everyone, I was wondering if I should always use Mind Flay for it's full duration or should I stop it to cast another spell that becomes available, such as Mind Blast?

As long as you don't have mana issues, it is always higher DPS to use your more powerful abilities sooner.
The same would apply to DoT refresh, but with clipping no longer a concern, you can easily decide to refresh before or after MF since MF channel is shorter than the duration between the last and 2nd-to-last tick.
