I did exactly this on an alt. I found that binding this macro to a mouse button was the most effective way to go. It leaves a hand free for the remote, sandwich, whatever. ;)
Still, I ended up dropping mining and picking up inscription on that toon, it's just too annoying to switch between them both all the time.
