Meh. To be completely honest, the ideas you listed would do very little. Imp mana is a non-issue, Demon Soul while your VW is out does similar to your Demonology idea, and the Affliction idea is un-needed (Haunt doesn't have ticks, and it refreshes Corruption itself).
Honestly, I think our tree passives should be about increasing bonuses like they do currently. The trees themselves should make up the interesting stuff.

Demonology:
Make the threat from all your shadow spells transfer to your
voidwalker
Makes no sense at all, since demonology gets
Summon Felguard
when choosing the spec.

Ye but voidwalkers make better tanks. but yeah, felguard is main pet for demo so it should really buff that.
Also, what's wrong with demonic empowerment that you need another one OP? I mean, every single one of your ideas buffs pets.

Um ... maybe because that's the point?
Have you actually READ the OP (or even the title for that matter)?

When i get mindthegap right hes saying that demon soul (demonic empowerment ?) should be the first place to add some flashy pet buffs to as it is rather poor as it is. If they would do so, our passive boni could stay as they are.
Some (slightly) insulting comment towards the posting person from your side is something i did not expect this month, lookout (could not resist the remark ;)

I'm not really playing ad hominem like a certain other poster did :). But I'll edit it out np.
Regarding demonic empowerment, only demo can get that. But the OP is talking about something passive, not an ability on a cd like demon soul (or demonic empowerment).

i don't really like the OP's ideas at all but let's look at the whole pet issue a bit closer:
do we need a buff to damage?
no and this wouldn't be a good place to introduce a damage buff were one needed because you're introducing three separate ones that would be individually difficult to balance.
do we need more impetus to use all the pets we have (the all pets need a niche idea)?
well, yes but that already exists in the current tool set. the abilities that make pets powerful to differing levels in different situations simply aren't pronounced enough to make pet choice interesting.
burning embers (and to a lesser extent empowered imp) successfully make an imp the best choice for destro but the other pets aren't successfully developed on live servers. the felhunter has an in-built mechanic to make it affliction's best choice but the damage is too low and the interaction with mana feed to infrequent to make it the best option. since demo has to talent into the felguard it can afford to simply be the best demo choice without any outside buffs since aff and destro don't have access to it.
the PTR is addressing these issues and we'll want to monitor the test data to see if it's successful before coming up with new (and dare i say quite poor) ideas to fix the problem.
lastly, do you just want to add something fun and new to warlocks?
fair enough if you do but your ideas are all passive and actually almost entirely inconsequential. if we want things jazzed up a bit then this clearly isn't the way to go to achieve that sort of thing and in my own opinion the warlock class is probably complex enough right now and would not benefit overall from many additions.

Demonology:
Make the threat from all your shadow spells transfer to your voidwalker
How often does demo use a voidwalker? If your using it often enough to warrant talents applying to it then your probably doing something wrong. Even if the threat applied to your felguard it would only be useful while solo questing or grinding, which the felguard makes generally enough aggro on his own. voidwalker too for that matter.

there was something of a design change with 4.0 to make all the minions similarly viable for all specs. the idea being that they each have their uses (FH for interrupt, succubus for CC etc.) and they wanted a destro lock (for example) who wanted to use succubus CC to be able to do so without massively nerfing their output.
now this is a fine balance thing and it's a balance they've not achieved yet. they made succubi too good so that almost all specs use her and do feel gimped if asked to use others >.<
either way i think blizz are moving away from very specialised pet choice while maintaining small synergies within each spec.

i'm saying that my impression is that that is still the design concept but they wanted to bring the the off-pets closer to the ideal one. they fudged this idea in 4.0.6.

This is it exactly, make our bonus damage come from the minion we are suited to use. Thanks for wording it better than I could :)
I don't like the idea of anymore damage than necessary coming from my pet. As demo a large amount of my damage comes my minion already. Its a lot easier to escape a pet than the lock. Their importance is high enough in my opinion.
