This is the greatest macro in my arsenal! I usually follow it up with multi-shot - Tanks love it! The little bullseye that appears above thier head is thier que to go :)

Has anyone tried MDing with Distracting Shot? I would love to get a melee one-shotted on a boss fight for fun.
I did that.. It took me 3 tries to find out why Brutallus kept aggroing+oneshotting me.. My guild didnt like that;<

As a related side note, this macro has made my playstyle so much more efficient:
#showtooltip misdirection
/cast misdirection
Aren't you missing the extra #showtooltip
/cast
I also use the help conditional so that if I want to have a focus set up for a different purpose it also works (e.g focus for CC). That said I'm actually in the process of writing an add-on to help with misdirection et-al so that it doesn't need to use focus.
