"Missing Screenshots" utility needs refresh

Missing Screenshots Utility
is returning results which are significantly out-of-date. The results haven't changed in at least several weeks, despite many posted screenshots.
When does this utility refresh its results? Does someone need to push a "refresh" button? If it's meant to refresh in realtime then it's definitely not doing so.
