For entry lvl boom that will work for a while.
But the gearing (from heroics even) will cause you to want to move those 2 points out of dreamstate and elsewhere fairly quickly. To gain the best benefit from eclipse you'll want to put 3/3 into it especially for entry raiding.
Owlkin Frenzy is not justified, in my opinion, as of yet due to a low amount of raid damage so at this point in raiding I would move this point into eclipse.
FoN(trees) is a love hate relationship. You love it when it works and they don't die straight off and you hate it on a boss with AoE (i.e. you can't use them). That said they are a very large cheap boost to dps when used correctly.
Don't over look the value of Gale of Winds in increasing trash clear times, but if your really so focused on single target boss dps then by all means don't spend points here.
Imp IFF should only be used in 25 mans raid where your RL want to allow all dps to stack less hit(3% of course) in favor of dps increasing ratings(spriest do it better but have less dps then a boomkin working this into the rotation). The loss in personal dps in a 10man or heroic is not worth the 3% hit and 3% crit(4-6% just to work it into the rotation).
In a Strictly raiding build you will probably have a resto druid on the team with you and he/she will be providing imp GotW, so taking it would be 2 unused points. it is better in this situation to move it over to Nature focus to reduce pushback on Wrath.
All these are ‘suggestions’ and info on the skills you can keep your talent build if you want, and honestly I'm interested in your opinions of how Owlkin Frenzy works out for you. Your build WILL give you a good idea of how each talent works out and will help you make an informed decision when you decide to spec again at a later time.
