"That's... disturbing," Ticktoff said with a grimace. Rivet just shuddered.
"He tries it, I know whom I'm going to call," She said with a glare.

Rip leaned back lazily. "Eh, I think he was... somewhere. I just closed my eyes for a minute then, um. Do you remember?" He asked, turning his head back to the alley he had exited. A huge pokemon blocked the way, its massive light grey gut rising and falling, a pair of dark blue cat like ears twitching at the noise. Slowly it rolled onto it's side, closed eyes seeming to skrew slightly in concentration.
"
Snorlax.
" It responded.
"Hmm, maybe... uh, I think he's, in town... somewhere."

The group was on their 4th cup of tea, talking quietly, when Knock finally cleared his throat and looked around at them. "I've decided...I'll help." He said, and walked over to Mat. "However, if we're gonna do this, only you and Katie can come with me; your Digimon will have to stay here in my apartment." He said and raised a hand to still the racket which the digimon started to make. "No arguments! The eggs are under guard because of what they are, so having all of you along will just scream we are trying something we shouldn't."
"Thank you Uncle." Katie said with a smile, kissing the gnome on the top of his head.
"Yeah yeah." Knock grumbled as he rooted through a chest and pulled out a set of robes. "These are for another of my 'niece's', but she's actually taller then you are Mat, so wear and keep it over your face." He ordered, giving them to the human who took them and pulled them on.
"Come on then." Knock said, leading the other two out. Before he locked the door, he looked around at the digimon. "And if you tear my apartment up, I'll turn you all into frogs." He promised.

"BAH!" Antimony muttered, pouting. Reb gave the other grunt a flat stare, before Antimony turned and looked around, starting to walk off. "Gotta find him!"

Rip shook his head sadly, settling back on the ground beside the snorlax. "Everyone's always in such a hurry. They need to relax... more." The man yawned and was soon snoring away.

Antimony kept wandering through town, "HELLO! HELLO!" she shouted. Frowning whenever she didn't get an answer. "Maaaaalaaaaaak...? Or somebody who knows where he iiiiiiissssss?" Antimony said, talking into alleyways.

Antimony dropped Reb, keeping one foot on his tail so the treecko didn't run off, and saluted Malak, holding out the paper, "This is for you, sir!"

"Hmm, captain?" Malak asked distractedly, slitting the envelope open with a finger nail. The man pulled out the letter, keen eyes scanning the contents. His expression then went through three phases: elation, to disappointment, to then a sour look.
"Accursed ass," He hissed, tossing the letter away.

"Well of course not. They have to call you first, that's how it's always worked."
"Wait, would it still do it that way?" Rivet asked. The two stared at each other blankly for a second before becoming engrossed in thought.

"I should say so. It was nothing but a bunch of slurs against me and my efforts. Me? I can't believe it. I mean sure, I tend to ride my men hard. But that's what it takes to get the job done. And I have you know I work myself just as much as I do them. Well you know what, he's just as 'queer' as I am, his word not mine. He is just such a hypocrite I can't stand it!" Malak snapped, kicking a rock with the toe of his leather boot and sending it tumbling down the road.
