I imagine you could start out like this

Then choose force of nature or typhoon for level 50 your choice.

I didn't fill in improved moonkin because I imagine your spirit isn't going to be that high just starting out as a moonkin at level 50.

But from that talent on with next levels fill them out like this

1/1 Typhoon or Force of Nature which ever you didn't pick
3/3 Eclipse
3/3 Earth and Moon
4/5 Wrath of Cenarius
1/1 Starfall
5/5 Furor
2/2 Imp Mark of the wild
3/3 Natural Shapeshifter
1/1 Omen of Clarity
2/2 Master Shapeshifter

You don't need to follow this directly, just kind of a semi guide line hope it helps.

Very good leveling build. Only thing I would suggest reconsidering is in the next talents: Eclipse might not be all that hot for leveling. Most mobs will be dead before you could get much use out of it. Then again, if you are going with:
Starfire / Moonfire /Wrath till dead, then the occasional Starfire crit would help the Wrath spam part.

Also building upon what Meugly said if you don't want Eclipse you can put the points into Improved Insect swarm or Gale winds Personally I love being an AoE kin so I would go with 2 into gale winds then 1 into wrath of cenarius
