MoP nerf to deadly

I was looking at deadly throw and noticed that to interupt now you require 5 combo points. Its nice that it locks you out of a school for 6 seconds but 5 combo points are a lot to burn at a time and on a cast that may be faked.
Anyone have any views on the changes? I know I was really looking forward to interupting mages when they freeze me to the ground and try frost bolt spaming me only to find I can deadly throw spam them when they cast.
snap forgot about that. Was mainly looking at it as 'do I use it for recup or finisher or do I hope to get a silence.' I suppose that Anticipation would have to be mandatory if you take deadly pretty much.
