More Bleed effect for MM pvp?

Alright I did created 3rd hunter to be MM, I was thinking and wonder that MM hunter might want Hyena in the pvp. So MM got
Piercing Shots
for the target get 30% dmg dealt debuff and if you get the pet Hyena to add
Tendon Rip
to the target.
I can't track the math and think that will be 60% total dmg dealt over 8 sec.
is that good into pvp or just for pve only?
