I've done many chars and always when I think, wow this is a great build! It seems like the most of all other chars on my server has the same! I don't think that is very fun so now when I do my new Warlock here I want to have a pretty unique build, but not worthless but unique stuff, more like a less used good build. Is that possible?

sadly not really....... The popular specs are popular for a reason, they're good. The only silver lining to the cloud is that there are currently more viable specs than ever before, there are three viable PVE raid specs with variants available, and about the same for PVP.
Thankfully blizzard has done a good job of avoiding the DS/SnF 1 button spam that characterised BC
