Motivating my guild to get guild xp.

Hello fellow wowheaders (meh),
I have a question concerning my guild. Now, my guild consist of really competent player and we all know each other in real life or they know someone in the guild irl. At the beginning of the xpac, we were getting 100% of our guild experience every day, since everyone was grouping for
everything
, so reaching the xp cap wasn't a problem at all...
Now tho, everyone is geared enough so we don't need to run heroic past the first random for the valor points, and most don't really bother trying to wait for other guild members. As soon as their is 2-3 guild members online, they do an heroic, and don't Q again for that day. Now, I know daily heroic isnt the only thing that give guild experience, but it was probably the fastest when we were chaining heroics to get points / achievement.
So we've been slacking a lot in the guild leveling departement. We're doing 30-50% of our daily guild xp every day. Normally, we should be around level 12 right now, but we're barely 10 and a half and I don't know what to do to motivate members to "grind" a bit of guild xp.
Any tips from other guild master ? How do you motivate your player to play ?

Well. Doing dailies give guild-rep as well as far as I recall. May be wrong though. If it does that might be an approach?

Tell people they can't raid without their exalted Hellscream's Reach trinket.
If the appropriate trinket is terrible for their class (I gave up my JC int/spirit proc trinket for... mastery? On a holy paladin? Really?) tell them they have to fly to the instance on the drake from the same faction.
That ought to cap you for a few weeks.

You could group up with some of the guildies for the daily tol barad quests. If you're two its very easily and done really fast. Imagine if you were a grp of 5 guildies then :P

You could try putting "guild heroics" on the calander, or maybe asking the guild tanks if they would mind waiting til they have 4 or 5 people. I know I always prefer to run with a guild tank.

Yeah, we're grouping for TB from time to time aswell, it give a lot of xp / rep. The problem is : we're a relatively small guild. On non-raid days, we're around 8-9 online at any time, most being people leveling alt since they're bored already on their main.
sidetracking :
(I gave up my JC int/spirit proc trinket for... mastery? On a holy paladin? Really?)
Mwhehe, I still have
this *!@#ty one
because I didnt get nothing better yet. At least, there's a spirit on proc :'(. I wish I was JC so I could get the owl.

I'd really love it if everyone could keep straight in their minds the difference between XP and Rep and not use them seemingly interchangeably. /rant
The guild cap is 6.2 million experience per day, and you get 25% of a quest's experience as guild experience. So you need 24.984 million experience per day from quests in order to cap. All of the Tol Barad daily quests give 70k experience. So you need roughly 360 daily quests (or similar level 85 type quests) in order to cap every day.
I really can't find any good information on how much guild experience bosses give. I have never really been concerned because my guild is active and we hit the cap easily every day.
You could always recruit more people if you can't hit the cap on your own. Or just resign yourselves to being behind the curve.
