Moving Default Unit Frames

I did briefly skim the front page for an answer; but I don't think anyone had asked this. Without using an outdated addon, is there any way to move the default unit frames (i.e. Player Frame, Target Frame, Focus Frame, ToT/ToF Frame etc.) or am I going to have to download an old addon? Cheers.
