Im a resto shammy, is there a cap to mp5? just wondering cause with WS on im at 400 something (armory doesnt show WS on) but in raids/heroics im not haveing mana issues so guess i can swap stuff out for crit now, just wondering if theres a cap. Also from what ive read the best thing we can gem for is int, but all im seeing is diminished returns, only real thing im seeing it help is my mana pool, should i be gemming for something else? thanks in advance )

Increasing Int also increases your spellcrit by a little bit, and it also makes the Replenishment buff from shadow priests/ret pallies/survival hunters more effective.
