I'd say your definetly ready for 10 man nax.. in my opinion regarding spec i would move the 3 points in acclamation and 2 points in frost over to bladed armor in the blood tree.. you get a ridiculous amount of AP from that talent which will help you with threat in the long run when alot of people start to gear up. There are other buffs to match your frost aura anyway. Some people swear my acclamation though so that would be completely your choice.
Thanks for the answer.
I took ur advice and dropped Acclimitation, but didnt drop Frost Aura because our guild dont have a druid with improved Motw yet, so the extra 30 resistance to raid helps abit. I putted the points to Bladed Armor and i have seen alot of threat issues .
My new build if it isnt on armory yet:

Yes, you can tank 10 man Naxx, though I think that Naxx really has moved beyond the "main tank" and "off tank" roles because you do need the different abilities for different fights. For example, Patchwerk, a Death Knight or Feral druid is best to soak the Hateful strikes due to their larger hit point base, whilst a warrior or paladin is good to soak up the melee hits. On other bosses, that deal primarily in magic damage, Death Knights are more effective soaking those due to the boost from Frost Presence and various abilities like Anti Magic Shield etc.
All in all though, yes you can tank in Naxx, just don't worry so much about whether your "main" or "off" tank

I have a build nearly identical to yours, I must say it's highly effective for tanking.
However I've got a few advisable upgrades for you.
One, I'd get a few defense enchants or trade out a trinket or two, so you can pick up a more useful meta then the one you have; as that shield-block is totall wasted.
The
Austere Earthsiege Diamond
is in my opinion, the BEST meta in the game for Death Knight tanking, the extra armor and HP really goes a long way towards reducing our incoming spike-damage between cooldowns.
I'd also aim to replace my shoulders as soon as possible as well, again: Shield Block is icky. Since you're already doing 10-man Naxx, even as an OT; I'd make a try for the
Abomination Shoulderblades
.
Also, just as opinion again, I find the
Waistguard of Living Iron
to be superior to the
Ancient Aligned Girdle
; due tot he gemslot and additional parry rating; but either way for god's sake man, put an Eternal Belt Buckle on that thing!
Good job so far though, you're doing well!
Thanks for ur answer.
Armory doesnt show eternal belt buckle, I got it, and gemmed with +16 def rating :)

Speaking of gems, 8 Parry/8 Def? You'd get more avoidence from a 16 Def gem.

16 Def rating gem doesnt work in a red gem slot. Just to point that out
