Whats the difference?
Is one have more burst, while the other is more for sustained?
Is one better for multi taget, while the other is more single target?
Is one better for heroics, while the other is better for raids?
.
I just see so much bickering in my guild between which is better but I have no clue what the actual difference is!
.
Btw, I dont have a rogue, so stupidly simple answers would be best, haha.

Combat has controlled burst and better AE.
Mut has better sustained single-target DPS on murderable targets with no burn phases.
Combat is superior in 3.2, but Mut will probably overtake it on the majority of fights in 3.3
