Fast daggers in both hands for PVE group content. For solo or PVP, hard-hitting daggers which are slow in speed are generally superior. It all comes down to the basics of PVE & PVP -- sustained damage vs. burst damage.
At the moment, Mutilate is bugged & offers extra chances to proc poisons on the off hand. Thus, Instant or Wound (depending on talents) goes in the off hand and Deadly for the main hand. This bug can be explained
