Yeah... those aren't the problems.
I'm pretty sure improved kidney shot never lengthened kidney shot's duration. All I remember it doing previously was reducing kidney shot's cooldown.

I think the positioning/poison is fine. I dislike it, but why would you EVER go backstab if mutilate wasn't so picky?
Well... why would you ever go backstab anyway?

backstabs dead agreed but muti is great and great for PvP if you can learn2play
