Improved Poisons is a waste in PvP, you shouldn't be using Instant or Deadly.
You're missing DW Spec, that's a ton of damage lost.
Mutilate builds don't need Initiative, and Ambush doesn't offer the control that Garrote/CS does for a heavy Assassination spec. You can also sac Ruthlessness for the same reason as Initiative - you won't have issues generating CPs.

Hemo's pretty crappy right now as is, and with a set of daggers, it's even crappier.
It's a toss-up between FA and Imp KS, depends on who you're running with.

notice there's 2 points missing, that last part is pretty personalized, u can choose heightened scenes if you hate loosing rogue-rogue(or druid) or imp ambush.
I personally put 1 point heightened scenes which is enough to find a rogue first, if there is no stealth detection items, and another point to finish find weakness

btw this is no bc or pre bc anymore you are gonna suffer on bgs and arena, rogues aint balanced, specialy against warriors, paladins and mages

Well for arenas I would go with either of these 2 specs.
If you're rolling with another DPSer then use this:

I have to ask.... Aside from what can be obviously swapped out based on your teammates class / spec, what in my build would not suffice in Arenas?
