Finally finished watching, the following may contain spoilers for both parts:

Part One: I have to say I was impressed with the inclusion of another alicorn, it baffles me slightly how she fits in, but I'm not going to overthink it. Rarity's reaction to the wedding at the start was simply hilarious, and Twilight's song was hearttouching. And then we meet Candice, and my first thought was "... isn't that Screwball's mane design?". Yes, for the entirety of the remaining episode and up to the reveal of the Changelings I was completely convinced that Discord, in some for or another, had returned. This may mostly be due to the "Daddy Discord" song. I doubled back on this opinion in one part: when Candice breaks down and Shining Armor "reveals" the real reason behind the occurances, I actually belived him. Then Candice goes all "you will regret this" on us and my jaw dropped. To make matters worse: I had things to do, so I couldn't watch the next episode right away.

Part Two: VILLAIN SONG! MY GOD THERE WAS A VILLAIN SONG! AND IT WAS AWESOME! Then my hopes of Discord were dashed, but who knows; maybe he still had something to do with them? Either way, my jaw dropped when Celestia god pwned and I got mad when Luna didn't make an appearence to help her (although her earlier appearence in Part 1 was still awesome). Then we jump to them trying to get to the Elements of Harmony, followed by the battle between the Mane 6 and all the Changelings. Fluttershy pretending to be evil was hilarious! And did I mention how much I love the changeling designs; equine and yet insectoid, and not in a weird way but in a way that was really, really cool. Back on topic; VILLAIN SONG REDUX! Oh, and love conqures all, yadayadayada, the Changelings are flung into whereever. It stikes me interesting that they didn't decide to stonify her or something, which makes me wonder if they're going to use her agian.

All in all; I LOVED IT! I WANT SEASON THREE NOW!
