So basically my story goes like this:
4 years ago when i started playing WoW i created a rogue (My first characted) and started leveling him.By the time i was lvl 24 my friend came to my house and asked "dude your lvl 24 and you dont still have a proffesion?" and my questions began "What are Proffesions?What can i do with them?Is the cake a lie" etc.By that time my friend wasnt in the mood for explaining so he sad just pick up minning and decide later.So i did but later in WoTlK i really wanted and epic fly mount and started thinking about gold making alot and from all the forums i read from all the questions i asked i wented up and lvled my rogue Skinning and Minning...everyone sad these 2 proffesions make lots of money...well today i dont know if thats true but for me it didnt work out well :(.Then at the middle of WotLk i created a Priest and i liked him soo much he became my main till today.While leveling him i didnt care about proffesions alot but when he dinged 80 i sad to myself "I always liked engeneering".Well....my rogue was a miner and engeneering requers minning to level up so thats what i did.I gathered the mats with my rogue and leveld the engeneering of my Priest.Ok so Cata came and i leveld my Priest 85 2 months ago.By now you can understand my Priest has only one proffesion and im really thinking on leveling him another.So my rogue is Minning and Skinning but im not thinking of making my Priest a Letherworker and a Engeneer since i never liked Letherworking and also that proffesion is totally useless for a priest.So what i want to ask you guys is should i level my Priest Herbalism?Or should i unlearn my rogue Skinning and learn herbalism so i can make my Priest an Alchemist or an Inscriptor (Yes i really like these 2 proffesions?Any toughs?

If I read it correctly (which was a task on its own):
1) You have a Rogue with Mining/Skinning
2) You have a lvl 85 Priest with Engineering, and want to know what you should pick for a 2nd profession.
3) You want money for epic flying, and you don't have much to spend.
imho - make it Herbalism and sell the the herbs you pick. When you get bored of picking flowers, do some dailies or any remaining Cataclysm quests. Before you know it, you'll have enough for epic flying.
To be honest though, you need to be better at saving money. If you leveled 1-85, and you didn't have enough for epic flying, then you spent a lot of money on something else. Curb your spending, and you should get a nice chunk of change.

3)Wrong,i was very low on money in WotLk but in Cata im totally fine i have an epic flyer on both my rogue and my priest.
Its just,proffesions are really fun and i feel kinda stupid missing one on my Priest and the proffesions i find most fun are Herbalism/Inscription and Alchemy.And please dont be confused in CaTa with the gold im perfectly fun i just want to know should i unlearn skinning on my rogue and learn him herbalism so i can lvl up Inscription/Alchemy on my Priest or should i simply learn Herbalism on my Priest for the good PvP and PvE buff it provides
