What exactly are you going for with this? You didn't get Mutilate OR Puncturing Wounds, so your Backstab (I presume that's what you're using) will be more subpar than normal...and the points in Imp SS are wasted, since you should never be SSing with daggers.
No Relentless Strikes is a bad idea, the energy gained from that is pretty nice. Especially when dealing with High-cost, low CPE moves like BS.
Lightning Reflexes and Deadened Nerves are a waste of points, honestly. They do nothing for DPS, and mentioning that they add a hint more survivability gives them more credit than they deserve.
Murder is great (ignoring the glaring Naxx factor), 4% dmg from all sources for 2 talent points is a prime investment, especially in PvP. Imp KS is a bit of a toss-up, I'd only get it if I was always running BGs/Arenas with another DPS right behind me.
In the same vein, I'd only get Imp Poisons for a purely PvE build, and max out Deadly Brew for a guaranteed Crippling off a Wound proc.
Check the sticky for cookie cutters - they exist because they work :)
