Greetings,
Below are the macros I have recently made for my resto/balance druid. Suggestions to improve these or for other macros as well as comments are most welcome. Keep in mind I only do 5 man.
Both specs
Rez (target and rez the tank if he is dead, otherwise just target and rez the first dead partymember - use NS+Rebirth in combat and Revive outside combat)
#showtooltip Rebirth
/stopcasting
/target
/use Nature's Swiftness
/use Rebirth; Revive
/p Rez inc %t
Innervate
/use
Resto spec
Dmg (so I can do dmg while keeping the tank on target for healing)
/castsequence reset=10/target Moonfire, Insect Swarm, Starfire, Starfire, Starfire
Rejuv (use Barkskin when I RJ myself)
#showtooltip Rejuvenation
/use Barkskin
/use Rejuvenation
WG/Tranq (both are group heals so I sort of merged them)
/castsequence reset=7 Wild Growth, Tranquility
Regrowth (Troll only, use berserking if not in ToL)
#showtooltip Regrowth
/stopcasting
/use Berserking
/use Regrowth
Balance spec
Insect Swarm (dont dot nonaggro stuff)
/stopmacro
/cast Insect Swarm
Moonfire (same deal)
/stopmacro
/cast moonfire
Starfire (dont nuke nonaggro + instacast Starsurge on procs + use Berserking when ready (Troll only)
#showtooltip Starfire
/stopmacro
/use Berserking
/castsequence Starfire
/use Starsurge
Wrath (same deal)
#showtooltip Wrath
/stopmacro
/use berserking
/castsequence Wrath
/cast Starsurge
Starsurge
#showtooltip Starsurge
/stopmacro
/use Berserking
/use Starsurge

Conditions like help, harm, and dead imply exists. If you have help, harm, or dead in a set of conditionals, then you don't need exists.
I'll look over these some more, but for the most part I think it's best to provide a framework for Druid macros since we can basically do anything.

I would create a macro for Barkskin + Tranquility. That way, if Barkskin is off cooldown when you use Tranq, you won't lose channeling time if you're taking damage.
* Druids now innately have 100% pushback protection from damage while channeling Tranquility.
:P
That said Barkskin is still nice to have up in that situation :P
