What are you focusing on? DPS or Tanking? Coz you have a wide mix of tanking and dps talents.
If you are going to DPS I would use something like

(I don't like blood that much but that is a nice DPS build)
And for tanking I would go something like

Stats as dps you need 9% hit and something like 2.5k ap and 20ish crit for tanking I dont rly know
