Well, like

. You can cast more than 1 heal per minutes. It is now like a debuff put on everybody that reduce healing by 100% and you have like a window of 3 seconds every X seconds.

Frost Aura is 1200 damage.

Polarity damage is not 2k, but more 4.5k (dont remember if it was heroic or normal).
I could not tell every all of them.
Also some boss are different depending if you are Normal or Heroic. Like
Instructor Razuvious
on heroic you need priest but on normal any class can use the 2 orbs to mind control understudy.

Kel'Thuzan
on Normal doesnt have Chains of Kel'Thuzad, Detonate Mana doesnt burn the player mana and only 2 Guardians of the Icecrown spawn (and they are immune to shackle undead). I could not tell for Heroic, didnt reach him yet.
